You may encounter the situation that daily recurring reports aren't running automatically.
What Causes This Issue?
This problem is most commonly caused by having a campaign with a different time zone from that of the platform. For example, you are based in the UK, but the platform client account is in the (GMT-1000) Hawaii Standard time zone (due to a campaign in this time zone).
How To Fix The Issue
You can’t change the time zone of the campaign, so you need to delete the existing campaign with the undesired time zone and create another campaign with identical child objects (e.g. groups, keyword etc.) in your time zone. After that, you can change the time zone of the platform account back to your desired time zone.
