Recurring Report Not Running

When trying to run a a recurring report, you're redirected to the Dashboard page in the platform, and the report does not get kicked off. You may also come across an error where you are unable to view your columns in the report preview.

What Causes The Issue?

This problem most commonly occurs when there are multiple recurring reports with the same name.

Possible Workarounds

This is a known issue with the platform. Our engineers are aware of it and we will endeavor to fix the problem in a future release.

In the meantime you can use the workarounds below to resolve the issue.

  • Option 1) Go to Reports in the left navigation > Select the checkbox next to your report and click Run Report Now.
  • Option 2) Change the name of your recurring reports to a unique name. Kicking off these reports within the report settings should process correctly, since the report names have become different.
