Can I Upload Revenue And Conversions For Channel Connect To A Custom Conversion Type?
If you are using publisher tracking, you'll need to do a subsequent revenue upload by campaign structure operation to upload data to a custom conversion type. If you are using one of the supported revenue integrations, you can upload to a conversion type by adding that conversion type in the revenue upload file.
I Have Set Up URL Builder For My Channel Connect Account, But It Does Not Seem To Be Getting Triggered.
Verify that the Account is set to not retrieve conversions and revenue data from the cost file. If this option is selected, we do not build suggested URLs for the account.
Can I Pause/Resume/Delete Objects For Channel Connect Accounts?
You may do this in the platform to reflect the actual status on the publisher side, however since there is no API connection with these publishers, we do not push these changes to the publisher.
Please note, deleting Channel Connect objects will delete all historical data associated with the object as well. This action is not reversible.
Can I Overwrite Cost Data For A Previous Day?
You can re-upload a file with updated cost metrics for keywords or dates of interest and the application will overwrite existing data with the data in the new file.
How Do I Specify The Locale Setting For A Channel Connect Publishers?
The application will always assume that the data being provided in the cost file is in the client locale. If the locale (especially the decimal separator) is not in the client locale, the application may have a problem parsing the data.
Can I See Creative And Placement Reporting For Channel Connect Publishers?
At the moment, the platform only supports keyword level reporting for Channel Connect publishers. The application is unable to ingest and provide creative and/or placement level reporting for Channel Connect publishers.
