Data For An Unlinked PCA (Publisher Client Account) Still Appears In Marin

What Is The Issue?

You may notice that, having recently unlinked a Publisher Client Account (PCA) from your main account, that the data for this PCA still remains visible in the platform.

What Causes The Issue?

Because PCAs can contain a lot of data, it can take some time for the account to be completely unlinked. This is expected behavior for the platform, and does not represent a problem or issue.

How To Fix The Issue

We would always recommend waiting until after the platform’s nightly sync before checking that a PCA unlinking procedure has been successful. You could also attempt a manual sync which may solve the problem and remove the data.
