When working with bulk uploads in the platform, you may notice that your upload will fail if the columns are named incorrectly. For example, Account would process correctly, whereas Accounts would fail.
What Causes The Issue?
This problem often occurs when a users tries to upload to the platform using bulk sheets that they've downloaded from external sources such as Google Ads.
How To Fix The Issue
To ensure your bulk upload processes correctly, be sure that all of the column names are accurate.
To double-check, you can head to the Upload button from any grid. Use the drop-down to select the desired object level. From here, you'll find a list of required and optional column headers. Ensure that your bulk sheet spelling matches those shown in the upload pane and the problem should be solved.
